- All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment.

- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
- In case of order cancellation after payment, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method (except COD orders as per refund policy).

- Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location and unforeseen external factors.
- Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
- UNWIND TRENDS shall not be responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
D. Returns and Exchanges
- Items may be returned or exchanged within 4–5 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 7 days after approval of the return.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are not applicable. A store credit will be issued in such cases.
- Customized products and sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
E. Product Quality and Warranty
We strive to ensure high-quality products. However, slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
Any defective, damaged, or incorrect item must be reported within 2 days of delivery for replacement or resolution.
F. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to logos, images, graphics, product designs, text, and branding, is the exclusive property of UNWIND TRENDS / UNWIND MODE.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
