Return and Exchange Policy
At UNWIND MODE, operated by UNWIND TRENDS (Partnership Firm), we want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Please read the policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.
Important Notes
- Each garment comes with a non-removable security tag. Please do not cut or remove the tag unless you are sure you will keep the item. Once the security tag is removed, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
- Items purchased during special sales, including festive sales, end-of-season sales, clearance sales, or promotions offering free products, are not eligible for returns. Only exchanges are allowed in such cases.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns
- Items can be returned within 5–7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Products failing quality inspection will not be eligible for refund.
Exchanges
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are allowed for size or color changes, subject to product availability.
- Exchanges are permitted up to two times per order only.
- After two exchanges, the order will no longer be eligible for further exchanges.
Return & Exchange Handling Fee
To continue offering high-quality products and reliable service, a ₹120 handling fee will be applicable on all approved returns, exchanges, and refunds.
This fee helps cover:
- Reverse logistics charges
- Quality inspection
- Processing and restocking
- We encourage customers to review our size guide carefully and contact us before placing an order to ensure the best fit and avoid unnecessary returns.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange:
- Email our customer support team at unwindtrends@gmail.com
- Mention your Order Number and the reason for return/exchange
- Our team will guide you through the return process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account after processing.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are not applicable. A store credit will be issued instead.
