About Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your preferred size, and click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout and complete the payment to confirm your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our policy.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS after successful payment or order placement.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer Free Shipping across India on all orders.
How long does delivery take?
Metropolitan cities: 2–3 working days
South India: Around 2 working days
North India: 2–4 working days
Rest of India: 3–5 working days
Remote areas may take slightly longer.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track it in real time.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept prepaid payments (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, etc.) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Is COD available on all orders?
COD is available for most serviceable pin codes across India.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns must be initiated within 5–7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Is there a return fee?
Yes, a ₹120 handling fee is applicable on all approved returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges for size or color are allowed within 5 days of delivery, subject to availability. Exchanges are limited to two times per order.
Are sale items eligible for return?
No, items purchased during clearance, festive sales, or promotional offers are not eligible for return. Only exchanges may be allowed.
Refunds
How will I receive my refund?
For prepaid orders, refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
What about COD refunds?
Refunds are not applicable for COD orders. A store credit will be issued instead.
Products & Quality
Why does the product color look slightly different?
Slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution differences.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos, and we will assist you with a replacement or resolution.
