Cancellation and Refund Policy
At UNWIND MODE, operated by UNWIND TRENDS (Partnership Firm), we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
- If the order is successfully cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
- If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, customers may initiate a return after delivery (as per return eligibility).
- Cancellation After Dispatch
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Customers may refuse delivery; however, applicable handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- All original labels and packaging must be intact.
- Items purchased during final sale, clearance, or promotional offers are not eligible for return (unless defective).
3. Return Process
- Request a Return – Contact our support team at unwindtrends@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Return Approval – Once approved, we will share return instructions.
- Pack & Ship – Securely pack the product and send it as per the instructions provided.
- Inspection & Processing – After inspection:
- Refund will be processed within 7 business days for prepaid orders.
- Store credit will be issued for COD orders.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method for prepaid orders only.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are not applicable. A store credit will be provided instead.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
5. Return & Exchange Handling Fee
To maintain high-quality service standards, a ₹120 handling fee will be applicable on all approved returns, exchanges, and refunds.
This fee covers:
- Reverse logistics
- Quality inspection
- Processing and restocking costs
- We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide and contacting us before placing your order to avoid unnecessary returns.
6. Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on All Orders across India.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Available
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service. Customers can pay the total order amount directly to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
