1. Free Shipping Across India
- We offer free shipping on all orders across India.
- There are no hidden charges and no minimum order value required.
- The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
- Orders placed before 11:00 AM are usually dispatched the same business day.
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Orders are subject to payment confirmation and product availability.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery timelines are generally as follows:
- Metropolitan Cities: 2–3 working days
- South India: Approximately 2 working days
- North India: 2–4 working days
- Rest of India: 3–5 working days
- Remote or Rural Areas: May require an additional 1–2 working days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, promotional periods, courier disruptions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier partner details.
- You can track your shipment in real-time using the tracking information provided.

6. Return & Exchange Handling Fee
To maintain high service standards and product quality, a ₹120 handling fee will be applicable on all approved returns, exchanges, and refunds.
This fee covers:
- Reverse shipping logistics
- Quality inspection
- Processing and restocking

7. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
- Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.
- UNWIND TRENDS shall not be liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
- In cases of re-shipment due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply.
